Pumpkin Squares
1 2/3 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs (beaten lightly)
16 ounce can (2 c) pumpkin filling
2 t cinammon
1 t salt
1 t soda
2 c flour
Pour into greased cookie sheet
Cook 25-30 minutes @ 350 degrees
Let Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Peanut Butter Blossoms
3/4 c butter softened
1/2 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c packed br. sugar
1 tsp baking pwd
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
2 c rolled oats
1 pkg toffee bits
chocolate chips (optional)
Bake @ 375 degrees 8-10 minutes

we had "becca night" for dinner. i made your crock pot chicken fettuccine and then we had these pumpkin squares for dessert. i had enough to share with a bunch of friends that came over for crafts and they all asked for the recipe. in other words, you fed us all and we looovved it! thank you so much for posting the recipes. now i need to make the peanut butter blossoms. ymmmm!

they seem to have lots of pumpkin patches in the states, but not here. Always such cute pictures with the pumpkins. I want to find one next year somewhere.....I love Zina's hair. She looks more and more like you all the time.
