October, November, & Florida. :)

October, November, December.  Man where did 2013 go?  Life around here has been crazy busy.  I feel like it is all I can do to keep up with meals, school, home school, primary, holidays, vacations, housework etc.  Back at the end of October I got called to be the Primary President.  I was not anticipating how that would rock my world. :)  I use to think I was pretty chill but I have been a major stress case lately and I'm ready to give up the stress and just let things roll off my back again. :)
Here is to a more faith filled 2014.
This post might be a bit of a jumble.
Kind of like the last 3 months. :)

Must have been a call night. :)

 Some early morning scriptures.

Date night.  Yep..pretty miraculous.  We actually went somewhere for date night. :)
Notice it was in Movember. :)

Now skip way ahead to December because who knows where the in between pictures are.
Here we are in Birmingham Alabama!
Mark had a week vacation right before Christmas and wanted to drive to the Florida keys.
ha ha ha
I talked him into "Florida" in general. :)
We made a 12hr drive to Seaside Florida inbetween Panama City and Pensacola.
It was so beautiful!

We spent 4 blissful days soaking up sunshine and beach rays. :)
I've never been to Florida before and was in awe at the beauty of white sand beaches and clear ocean water.  It was breathtaking.

We made Gingerbread houses one night while there and Davey was especially helpful with the icing. He also was mesmerized by the washer and dryer our little cottage had.

 Christmas in Florida. :)
Davey was constantly trying to run straight into the water.

The locals may have been wearing coats and scarfs :) But we thought it was beautiful.
A much needed bit of family time together.
And when we got home we were lucky enough to have Mark off for Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Counting our lucky stars...
and tender mercies.

Oh my goodness!!!! Now I need a trip to Florida. Let's see how long that drive is going to be . . . Oh, no biggie. Just 38 hours. We'll meet you there next Christmas. :) LOL!

Your pictures are glorious! I'm so glad that you were able to have a wonderful time together as a family. Please, when you finish all the hopping around, live close to me. :) Yeah. That should be your top priority. :)

Also, I LOVE your new family picture. Absolutely beautiful!
